In 1990, OTCC started in a living room where 13 visionary individuals met with the desire to start a new church congregation.  Over the years, OTCC has been blessed with the opportunity to touch the lives of many.  Today, over 150 believers call OTCC their church home. 

We welcome anyone who loves God and wants to worship Him.  We have congregants from various denominational backgrounds and walks of life.  We believe that all who are saved by God are part of His Church, and therefore, they are part of our church.
